Who we are

BOK Social Studio (part of the Behold Our King brand) is operated by TECH CROSS IT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13590712), registered office 4 Boroughfield Road, Peterborough, England, PE2 9EX. TECH CROSS IT LTD is the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

• Account details — if you create an account: your email address and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile it shares.
• Usage of your allowance — which posts you have unlocked each month, so we can apply your plan's Content Pack allowance.
• Subscription records — if you subscribe: your plan, its status and renewal date. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach us.

You can browse posts and copy captions without an account; we do not ask you for anything to do that.

How we use it

• To provide your account and sign you in (contract).
• To apply plan allowances and manage subscriptions (contract).
• To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests).

We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — hosts our database and account sign-in.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments and the billing portal.
• Our hosting provider — serves the website and may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in session and your light/dark theme choice so the site works as expected. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages.

How long we keep it

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active, and for as long afterwards as needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
