Human and Deity in One Figure

Read the messianic expectation as a list and it becomes impossible before anyone arrives.
From 2 Samuel 7, the coming king must be a descendant of David - a man, with a bloodline, from a particular tribe. From Daniel 7, the same figure rides the clouds, a description the Old Testament otherwise reserves for Yahweh, and receives everlasting dominion from the Ancient of Days.
The result is a mosaic: "The ultimate son of David, the messianic king, will be both human (son of man) and deity (the rider of the clouds)."
Isaiah had already put both in one line without blinking - a child is born to us, a son is given to us, and his name is Mighty God, Everlasting Father.
Nobody assembled this after the fact to fit a carpenter from Nazareth. The pieces were lying in the text, and they did not fit any available candidate.
