A Title Taken From Baal

In Canaanite religion, Baal was the rider of the clouds. He brought the rain, so the crops grew, so the animals ate, so people lived. Nobody in that world questioned that the cloud rider was a deity.
The Old Testament writers take that description and give it to Yahweh - four times. It is a polemic. The one who actually rides the clouds is not Baal.
Then there is a fifth use, and it is not of Yahweh. Note it: "There's a fifth where they use the cloud rider title, a biblical writer uses it and it's not of Yahweh. It's of the son of man in Daniel 7."
That is the whole argument in one observation. A title reserved for deity, applied four times to Yahweh to prove a point about who is really God - and then applied once more, to someone else standing in the throne room.
