Jerusalem: City of Blood

A city that sheds blood in her midst, that her time may come, and that makes idols to defile herself.
Chapter 22 is the restated case for the prosecution - a reminder of why this is happening, because of what they have been doing and what they are. The chapter works through the city's politicians, prophets, priests and general population in turn.
And the verdict Ezekiel reaches is that Jerusalem has become worse than Sodom. The climax comes at verse 30: God looks for one person who will stand in the breach, and finds nobody.
