Nothing Is Too Hard for You

"Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you."
Notice the structure. Jeremiah does not open with a doctrine of omnipotence and then look for evidence. He starts with something already done - the heavens and the earth, made - and reasons forward. Nothing is too hard, because look what is already finished.
Then God repeats it back to him as a question: "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?"
This is how the Old Testament usually argues for what God is like. Not from abstraction, but from track record. Isaiah does the same - the Creator of the ends of the earth does not faint or grow weary.
