He Made Them. They Did Not Make Him.

The question people reach for first is how Yahweh can be unique if other elohim exist. The answer is an asymmetry rather than an argument about power levels.
"Because he made them. They didn't make him. Nobody else made him. He made them, he made everything, all things visible and invisible."
That is not a difference of degree. Every other member of the spiritual realm is a creature - brought into being, sustained, answerable. Yahweh is uncreated. No rival origin story exists for him anywhere in Scripture, and none is offered for any of the others that does not run back through him.
Paul says it the same way when he lists the ranks by name: thrones, dominions, rulers, authorities. All created through him and for him.
