Creation - Order from Chaos

"The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light." It teaches that before creation, there was an absence of shape and a pervasive darkness, which God then transformed with His spoken word, initiating the process of ordering the world through the introduction of light.
