Temple as New Edenic Garden

Eden is the pattern. Every Israelite temple built afterwards is a replica of that first sacred space, and the details give it away.
Genesis lingers over the gold and the onyx around Eden's rivers. Those are not travel notes - they are the materials of the holy of holies. Solomon is portrayed as an Adamic figure, a gardener-king. Ezekiel's temple is a well-watered garden on a mountain with a river running out of it.
That river is the thread. It rises in Eden, runs through Ezekiel, and arrives in Revelation, flowing out through the city.
