The Cry of the Earth and Cain's Blood

In 1 Enoch, when the giants have finished devouring, the earth itself brings an accusation against the oppressors. And the people cry, and their voice reaches to heaven.
That is not a decorative image. It is the same logic as Genesis 4, where God tells Cain that the voice of his brother's blood cries out to him from the ground. Spilled blood is not silent in the Bible. The ground carries the complaint upward.
In Enoch the archangels then take the case: the souls of people are putting their case before you, pleading, bring our judgment before the Most High.

Injustice in Scripture is audible. Somebody always hears it, and the hearing is the beginning of judgment.
