Divine Hierarchy: Angels vs. Glorious Ones

Peter and Jude both describe people who blaspheme the glorious ones, and note that angels - greater in might - would not dare do the same.
The wording implies rank. There is some distinction between angels and glorious ones in status, and perhaps in power. 2 Enoch confirms the usage by listing Gabriel among the glorious ones of the Lord.
The organising principle comes from Deuteronomy 32. Angel describes a low-level task or job description - a messenger - as opposed to ruling over a geographical region, which was assigned to the sons of God.
