Believers as Pillars in God's Temple

Revelation 3:12 states, "The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life." When the text promises that conquerors will be made "pillars in the temple of God" and will "never leave it," it signifies an unbreaking and permanent establishment within the very presence of God. Furthermore, having God's name, the name of God's city, and Jesus' new name written upon them plainly means these individuals bear an identity that is intimately linked to the Divine.
